Tales of the goings on at Hollyford Pottery, near the tiny village of Stockleigh English in Devon, England
Great to see you here in blog-land again...and the new sprigged look is nice on those steins (I assume that's what they are, super-mugs anyway). I'll even do the word verification just to let you know people out here are enjoying your posts...me anyway.
Thank you very much, I'm hoping to get my blog up and running again, best wishes from Devon, England :)
So happy to see you blogging again Doug!
A good day. Good mugs- and good hollyhocks too! I could do with a shed like yours!!Thankyou for helping to start my day well.
Glad to see you back, Doug. I didn't realize how much I missed your videos. They're very calming and inspiring.
Those handles are fabulous.Good ones.Ps-- I lick clay too....upsets some folks.
So glad you are back. Everything about your videos makes me happy. The flowers, the wind, the pots, of course. I know it seems so silly, it's difficult to articulate what it feels like to view the life of an artist at work. It's good for the soul. It makes me feel grateful. It inspires and gives hope. It waters the good seeds within me. For the two minutes I spend watching, it is like a little gift. A reminder to feed my own creativity. To simplify. Thank you so much for sharing your days.
Thank you so much everybody. My Mum made the cardie for my Dad to go fishing in. She knitted it while she was expecting my brother, who is now 52!
