Morning folks
I haven't posted for a couple of days, so here's a quick catch up before I head off to work.
These are some 16lb jugs I made earlier in the week, each with a scroll handle, the likes of which are often found on the old traditional harvest jugs in this region.
My regular daily company - I think Mrs Duck must be sitting on eggs, she visits less frequently recently.
I made this video on Tuesday.
And this one yesterday. Well this won't do, I'd better get to work, bye for now
Those jugs are some handsome beasts Doug. love the money boxes too, I have a particular soft spot for the little hay stack ones.
ReplyDeleteA bird on the bank is worth two in the bush.
ReplyDeletegreat craft...
ReplyDeletebeautiful as always Doug. I love the little bird banks ... I think you need to make one in honor of Mrs. Duck!
ReplyDeletePhil Ronbeck and I have had a longstanding debate about banks. I say that banks are for saving and should be hard to break into, Phil believes that they should be easy to break into and have a convenient stopper. Where do you stand with the issue of bank robbery?
ReplyDeleteThanks folks.
ReplyDeleteBanks are definitely for saving MK - I'm a non stopper man :)
Aww how sweet I wish I had a little ducky visitor! Love the little curly addition to the bottom of those handles : )
ReplyDeleteGreat post tthanks
