A day of turning and decorating today. Tomorrow I'll not be in the workshop as I have to drive Luke to Winchester for a college interview. Here's a short snippet of today's action.

Ah, the peace and quiet of the country workshop! I'm bringing a can of oil when I visit this summer.
dammit, move that hand next time.
Dan, oil might not be allowed by the airlines, but what about a little lithium grease?
or maybe some Vaseline?
I hate when that happens!!!
Oops. Well ... better now than in the kiln.
And you do have a fine technique of trimming footrings on teabo ... ummm ... drinking cups.
