Digging clay with my boy Luke

  5. Ooo loverly - makes me think of that song 'Mud, mud, glorious mud'!!
    While you were out doing the real thing, I was over at Bath Potters collecting the rather more sanitised version, but did have to go through a blizzard to get there, so some suffering for my art!

  8. It is amazing that woodland -there are lots of different seams over there - I need to get some tests done for decorating slips. The ground was frozen here too for quite a while, but as you can see, it's really sticky over there now. Luke's going to be making a lovely bit of sculpture using raw mud - I'll keep you posted. Bath Potters are brilliant, they've been really good to me bless 'em
