Hoping for a really good 'kiln' moment for you. asd for galena in reduction firing, I once drank tea from a teapot at Wenford Bridge tea room and it was made by Michael Cardew. It had the most awful looking glaze on it -lots of bubbles and was probably a galena glaze. I did ask her if she would sell it to me but she knew what she had got there and refused. Its worth the trip to go and see these. teapots. Anyway good luck for the opening.angihatspotshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07703932379924037620noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6709786391671578715.post-31982558447933769722010-06-18T13:27:11.480+01:002010-06-18T13:27:11.480+01:00Hoping for the best firing yet!!Hoping for the best firing yet!!Ronhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07960400186962033610noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6709786391671578715.post-33264512696468883272010-06-18T08:26:07.451+01:002010-06-18T08:26:07.451+01:00Hope all your efforts pay off, and that you'll...Hope all your efforts pay off, and that you'll have some great work to take up to Rufford next week.Congresburypotterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18412582939038579951noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6709786391671578715.post-67239312653328960342010-06-18T08:13:39.334+01:002010-06-18T08:13:39.334+01:00Just been looking up some very similar 'caterp...Just been looking up some very similar 'caterpillar tents' for children I work with and we found they were ermin moths.<br />Good luck with the KilnAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6709786391671578715.post-33729944320584119832010-06-18T08:02:41.876+01:002010-06-18T08:02:41.876+01:00If you fire galena in reduction, do you get lead m...If you fire galena in reduction, do you get lead metal?
