Good morning
Hello folks.
It's been ages since I blogged, life's been pretty hectic and I got behind with it, so here's a whole string of little films to bring things up to date.
Alex arrives tomorrow afternoon. We'll pack the kiln on Thursday and fire it on Friday. Before then, I have hundreds of pots to glaze, so today I need to get busy with that. Back soon with words and pictures. Bye for now
What a fantastic record of your daily routine in the studio, Doug. It's as much as I can do to write the occasional blog, let alone have the discipline to setting up the video and then posting it online. Always nice to see your work being made.
Thank you Thomas, thank you Marshall. It does take up a bit of time, but it's free and I enjoy it. The blog world has brought me some wonderful friends. Are you at Hatfield this year Marshall? Hope to see you there. Anon, i love gardening and had a wonderful garden in my old house, which I spent many hours working on, but these days pottery keeps my busy, so I don't get much time - I do love it though :)

Once again you give instruction and inspiration with these videos! Can't wait to get results as good as yours...
I agree the weather hasn't been great for potting - all this dampness leaves the pots wet for quite a while! Hope the firing goes well : )
